At Conger Meat Market, we've been providing custom processing services with care and craftsmanship for nearly a century. As a USDA-certified facility, we work with farmers, families, and wholesalers to make sure every cut meets the highest standards.
FARMERS
We make the process simple. Bring your cows or pigs to us and we'll handle the rest processing your livestock to your exact specifications so you can confidently offer premium meat products to your customers.
FAMILIES
We offer the flexibility to purchase a Quarter, Half, or Whole Cow or Pig and have it processed exactly the way you want it. From custom cuts to specialized processing, every order is handled with the care and quality.
WHOLESALERS
We love helping wholesalers grow. Whether you're looking to expand your product offerings with a custom white-label line or add proven, high-quality products to your existing lineup, we're here to make it happen. We'll work closely with you to develop meat products tailored to your brand or simply connect you with our trusted selection of wholesale offerings. Either way, we're in your corner.
BEEF PROCESSING
Every beef order is aged a minimum of 14 days before cutting, so you can count on tender, flavorful results every time.
Not sure how much meat to expect? A quarter of beef is approximately 200 lbs and might look something like this:
Actual cuts and quantities will vary based on your custom specifications.
- T-Bone Steaks – 8, 1" thick steaks
- Rib-Steaks – 8, 1" thick steaks
- Sirloin Steaks – 4, 1" thick steaks
- Round Steaks – 4, can be cut for stew or round roasts
- Chuck Roasts – 4, 3 lbs each
- Arm Roasts – 2, 3 lbs each
- Sirloin Tip & Rolled Rump Roasts – 1 ea, 3.5 lbs each
PORK PROCESSING
Conger Meat Market is a USDA federally inspected meat processing plant in Conger, MN that has been operating since 1935. We are committed to providing our customers with great tasting products and service they can trust!
- Order Half, Whole or Custom Cuts per ½ hog
- Standard Cuts Included (per ½ hog)
- Bone-in Pork Chops – ~20 chops, ¾" thick
- Spare Ribs – 1 rack
- Shoulder Roasts – 4 roasts, ~3 lbs each
- Ham – 1 ham (smoked or made into roasts), ~15–20 lbs average
- Pork Belly – 1 slab (~10 lbs), for bacon
VENISON PROCESSING
We are currently accepting deer carcasses and clean packaged trim. All orders must be placed in person at our Conger, MN store, we invite you to stop by to go over options with our team. Deposits are required at the time of ordering:
- Trim order: $50.00 per order
- Deer carcass: $175.00 per deer
Deposits are non-refundable.
