We are very excited to be offering locally raised Wagyu beef. We have partnered up with Fellers Ranch™, a group of 5 farmers and ranchers based in Conger, Minnesota. The cattle are raised just 2 miles to the east of Conger. Fellers Ranch™ Wagyu cattle are fed a custom diet specially tailored to maximize the amazing tenderness, marbling and flavor that has made Wagyu beef famous around the world. Our special ration was developed by an American Waygu Nutritionist, who gained his experience right in Japan. Our Waygu beef is an excellent source of Omega 3, which is an unsaturated fatty acid which helps lower Cholesterol.
We are firmly committed to the humane treatment of our animals. We use modern, low stress cattle management techniques, and the cattle are given free access to clean water, fresh air, quality forage, and comforting shelter. We strictly prohibit the use of electric prods, whips or anything else that will cause pain or harm to an animal.
Animal byproducts, hormones, or subtherapeutic hormones are never included in our cattle’s diet. Our customers can have confidence knowing that our beef is not only the highest quality but also free of unnecessary and harmful additives.
